The premise of the manga You’ve Got the Wrong House, Villain is that a young woman named Alice finds herself living next door to the villain of a reverse harem novel she is familiar with. One day, the villain, Lakis Avalon, collapses in front of her house, unconscious and fatally injured.
Alice knows that in the original novel, the heroine would save Lakis and he would become obsessed with her. However, Alice is determined not to get involved with Lakis, so she kicks him away and tells him he’s at the wrong house.
Despite Alice’s efforts, Lakis continues to pursue her. He is drawn to her strength and independence, and he gradually begins to see her as more than just a replacement for the heroine. As Alice and Lakis spend more time together, they begin to develop feelings for each other.
