Based on online sources, Stephanie Abrams was born on 27th October 1978, in Wellington, Florida. She attended Space Camp, after which she enrolled at the University of Florida and obtained a degree in geography and a minor in math.
After her graduation, she decided to join Phi Beta Kappa, a respected academic society. While in college, she was part of the Delta Phi Epsilon sorority and even became the chapter president.
To pursue further education, she joined Florida State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in meteorology. During her time at FSU, she practiced giving weather reports on a student-run TV show called FSU Live. Besides that, she worked as a teaching assistant and helped teach a meteorology class.
Stephanie Abrams professional career began immediately after college. Her first job was at WTXL, where she served as a morning meteorologist. No doubt, this was a great learning experience, but her big break came in 2003 when she joined The Weather Channel.
