Now that the critically praised HBO series Succession has concluded, fans are probably looking for their next big TV fixation. After 4 fantastic seasons, Succession concluded its remarkable run with a Sunday, May 28th series finale. The show Succession is well-known for its depiction of an opulent family with themes of competing sibling interactions, ruthless economic methods, and generational pain. The marriage of Catherine the Great and Emperor Peter III in 18th century Russia is fictitiously depicted in the television series. At the beginning of the program, Catherine is a young, innocent woman eager to get to know her new husband. However, she soon learns that Peter is a harsh, incompetent, and perverted man, so she comes up with a scheme to depose him and usurp the crown for herself.
Despite being a period work, The Great nearly entirely ignores historical accuracy in favor of rejoicing in the humor that emerges from the worst parts of the show.
