This mythological dramedy series is described as “darkly funny” which adds a contemporary flair to Greek mythology. The show is both written and created by Charlie Covell, while the latter half of the series is directed by Georgi Banks Davies. The series was first announced in June 2018 and is produced by Sister, the company behind HBO’s Netflix’s Giri/Haji and HBO’s Chernobyl.

What Can We Expect In Kaos?

As the release date for Kaos draws closer, fans are getting impatient to know the plotline. According to the official logline, the show is about Zeus, who has enjoyed his reign as King of the Gods without any real threats for a considerable period of time. But one morning, he wakes up to find a wrinkle on his forehead, and instantly believe it to be a sign of an ancient prophecy predicting his downfall.

It makes him paranoid and he starts to self-destruct, seeing warning signs everywhere. His fears are justified because Prometheus, once a friend and now a prisoner, is plotting against him. His plan involves three unsuspecting humans who don’t yet realize their crucial role in saving the world.

To find out how the show rolls, we will have to wait for the release date. Make sure to have your Netflix subscription renewed by then.
